Walking and Biking Programs:
Low Impact Walking – YMCA Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from noon until 1:00 p.m. on the YMCA indoor walking track. This program is free but you must register with Activate before participating. Call for more information.
Mall Walkers Program – Walk around the inside of Liberty Fair Mall rain or shine.
Monday thru Saturday 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday’s from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Hugo’s Uptown Walking Club – Every Thursday at 5:00 p.m. Meet at Hugo’s Restaurant on Church Street and walk around Uptown for one hour. Walk four times and get a free grilled chicken salad!
SPCA Walking Club – Every Saturday at 10:00am at the SPCA – Shed a pound, come to the SPCA and walk a hound!
Philpott Dam Walking Club – Every Thursday at 9:00 a.m. Meet at the overlook
Sports Complex Walking Club – First Monday of the month unless a holiday at which time walk will be held second Monday of the month – Walk to be held September 6, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Meet at SunTrust Pavilion
